Frequently Asked Questions

  • All first floor low-top table seating is handicap accessible. We also have a side door entrance with a ramp available. There is no elevator to the mezzanine level.

  • Yes. We have a self-serve coat check near the entrance of the venue.

  • No outside food or beverages are allowed in the venue.

  • Shows are restricted to 21+ with the exception of Sunday. Sunday shows are all ages unless otherwise specified in the show description.

  • The ticket processing fee is the same whether tickets are purchased online or through the phone with our office. We do not have an in-person box office.

  • Seats will be assigned upon arrival. Groups will be seated together.

  • Tickets are not refundable or transferable.

  • Gift cards can be used towards ticket purchases only.

  • You can call our office at 248-453-5285 or send an email to info@theroxyrochester.com with the name of the ticket holder and date of show and we can resend you your tickets. We can also check you in by name of the ticket holder when checking in for the show.

  • Use the map below as a reference to help find a parking spot. Please be considerate of our neighbors when parking. The Roxy has its own parking lot with limited spaces and handicap spaces available at first come first serve.
